Lloyd Fischel has a long history of developing new products beginning with the world's first personal organizer in 1985, the Calling Card, that became Rolodex Electronics - a force in the consumer electronics industry. He was also the first in the country to successfully market smart card technology to shopping malls. During the heady days of perestroika, Mr. Fischel negotiated with the Soviet Union's nuclear power industry to utilize military resources to manufacture audio speakers. Always on the forefront of new trends, in the 1990's he helped launch the mega company Web MD by producing over 200 hours of medically related live interviews. Over the course of two decades, he has spearheaded a wide variety of marketing and promotional campaigns for the private and public sectors including the Los Angeles Bridges $10 million anti-gang program, and the production of a Super Bowl television commercial.

In 1990 Luis founded AUL Corp., from a spare home bedroom. Today, AUL is the premier independent service contract administrator in America for used vehicles. Supported by a substantial home office and field staff, all business is administered from AUL’s headquarters in downtown Napa. Luis maintains and grows multiple other profitable business and philanthropic ventures, and he is a well known contributor in the fields of music, education, and other cultural activities.
